Chennai In IPOH

Lynn said.. "lets go for indian breakfast today".. both of us were yearning for some roti telur and tosai in Chennai Restaurant near Horley Street. Each time we go, we find out that this shop always seem to be changing chef every now and then... know why? Because the last time we went, the roti telur was very nice... but this time, it was very "rubberized" and the tosai we ordered was very sourish. I wonder what went wrong, either the flour or the chef himself. But nevertheless, we walloped everything and went off.... cheap breakfast, less than 3rm for 2...

  1. Some of the shops just don't maintain their quality for foods. Hard to get one that maintain the quality over the years.

  3. I love roti cannai but without the telur. I also like tosai with chutny. The one in the picture looks crispy and delicious, and how is the sauce? That is really important.

and there's one in Tapah that's rather thick and fluffy as well.
