Sin Hup Kee, IPOH

My dinner in Sin Hup Kee at Leong Sin Nam Street, IPOH... with my mum and my 2 kids. I love to go there cos the food were like more or less home cooked and not so thirsty after eating that. Furthermore it is not so costly as well, so for a lazy Sunday, it is worth going there for a nice comfortable meal. But do remember, not to go there after 7pm, then we might not be able to get seats or have to wait for a longer time to get our meals ready...

sweet sour pork ribs..

not so nice actually ..
it cost RM50rm altogether...

As my 2 prince-s came back for the weekend and yours truly here didn't want to cook on Saturday, we went to Sin Hup Kee for our meal. It was almost 12.30pm when we reached, I tot it would be very crowded but no... it was not... only a few tables were occupied.. but by the time we ordered our dishes, the tables were almost occupied. Well by then, it was almost lunch time for many....

Sin Hup Kee is more on home cooked simple dishes... prices are reasonable... these were the dishes we ordered...

first came the soup...

their speciality chicken in sauce...

kai lan with salted fish
once awhile eat salted fish ok one..

their steamed eggs
3 in 1 (sam wong tan)

their assam fish curry
a must too..
goes very well with rice...


u will add another plate or 2...

the gentle ambiance of the shop..

The bill came to RM49.20 plus 4 glasses of warm water
