(glutinious rice and yam puff)
Not a health breakfast but if a pregnant lady yearns to have these for breakfast, what would you do? Yes, we will try our best to get them for her la... funny with pregnant ladies, once they have the urge or craze for that certain food, they will go all out for it or they will pester you until you give in... lol.... how do I know? Cos I was also like that ma...long long time ago ... (forgotten how many years already...)

the woo kok (yam puff) in Wah Nam coffeeshop

the lor mai kai... very chai one
glutinious rice with chicken and sausage
very filling too...
that was enough to last us through lunch..

Wah Nam Shifted?

Elin and I went to Hua Nam coffeeship, it has shifted to Seenivasagam Road, just next to OSK Building. But we noticed that the former stalls were not there anymore. Maybe the coffeeshop owner is the same but the stalls are new. Wonder where the former stalls have gone to. The first thing that came to my mind was the rental.... because of rental, maybe the old stalls owners decided not to sell there anymore.

I took fried koay teow, pangkor style...
wonder what the difference was...
to me, it is the same, normal style...

this of course belonged to Elin
always stay healthy and trim.. :p

i couldnt resist these.. sold at 1.50 each
the pastry was a bit hard.. not as nice as Elin's :p

This morning I was feeling not hungry at all!!! I was shocked at myself! How come I was not starving as usual.... Well, if I felt like this each day, I will not gain any weight, that is reassuring.. but it was shortlived...

When I reached Wah Nam, I felt like taking this and that and that... lol.. Finally I settled for two sets of different meals... one toasted bread and one bowl of pan mee as shown below...

this was good...

Half Boiled Eggs For Breakfast

As we all know, BREAKFAST is the most important meal of the day.... for me, no breakfast means no life in me... I will be shivering or feeling faint without breakfast..how to fast like that??
Once awhile, not all the time, I will love to have half boiled eggs with 2 slices of toasted bread, just like this.... yummy or not?

A nutritious breakfast to start off the day....
