Laksa With Ice Kacang

Laksa is one of my favourites, give me Penang Laksa or Ipoh one, I will not hesitate. Just two nights ago, we took laksa again in the night market (pasar malam)... my kids and I enjoyed eating it with our ice kacang as well. It tasted not bad... not too sourish too and lots of fish as toppings...

A Colorful Delight For Everyone!

When my Johor Bharu friends came to IPOH a couple of days ago, I took them to taste the famous fruits ice kacang in this food court along the Sam Tet Primary School, just opposite the old Odeon cinema. You can find none other place that sells like this stall, it is simply yummy. They decorated the whole bowl with assorted fresh fruits, the colour and the arrangement making the ice kacang too irresistible to avoid not trying.

Well, this is one of the delights in IPOH.. do come and try when you have the opportunity!

Jelapang Goodies

Food in Jelapang side stall facing the main road. It is famous for its rojak initially and then later all these desserts come in as well... I mean all my favourites la... ice kacang, red bean soup.. and the latest is the pancake which I didnt manage to take the picture... Will post it soon... meanwhile enjoy the desserts below...
