Menglembu Market

Menglembu is pretty far from our place but as food bloggers, we travel by food... have food will travel, so to say..
It has been a long while since we went to Menglembu for our meals, this time Lynn took us there. She is more familiar with the market area and she knows where to get the best curry... I am not actually a fan of hot spicy food but being "kiasu", I ended up trying and it was really Super Hot!

Curry Noodles In Cowan Street, Ipoh

Christine took me out for her favorite breakfast shop, situated in Cowan street, corner shop.. oh dear, I do not really look into coffeeshop names. Next time I better look out for the name of the shop otherwise how to be a food blogger, right?

Anyway, for Ipohians, this shop is famous for its curry noodles and of course, their dessert, glutinous rice with kaya paste.

Let's Rock Again

It has been some time since I last took curry... when we reached Lets Rock in DR Seenivasagam street, I could not resist not having curry for my lunch, so did Elin. Both of us ended up being "hot and spicy" that day.. LOL....

We sort of like it because there was not too much "santan" in the curry... a bit dilute but it was alright for both of us... once awhile it is okay to touch on curry....

Greentown CoRner CoffeeShop

Sitting inside the car thinking of where to go for our breakfast, Kong and I... she said anywhere la, so eventually it was the driver, yours truly, who had to crack her head once again. Finally we settled in Greentown Corner Coffeeshop, it has around 10 food stalls which we can choose from.

On that particular morning, I chose koay teow chicken/roasted pork noodles whereas Kong had an urge for curry mee. Both were from the same stall and we were equally satisfied with their food.
